ABOUT CREDENCE ELDER CARE

Credence Eldercare Services, Inc, is a Medicaid licensed to
provide home healthcare and Adult Day services in
Philadelphia, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Bucks
counties in Pennsylvania. Credence is also a contract
provider for the Philadelphia Corporation for Aging,
Keystone First, UMP and PA Health and Wellness.

Our goal is to optimize the quality of life of our clients in an engaging and safe setting. We make our efforts possible through our modern approach to providing care. All our caregivers are interviewed, reference checked, skills evaluated, criminal background checked, and are mandated with ongoing in-service training and ongoing performance evaluations.
